Who you are
- We are seeking an experienced and execution-driven Lead / Principal Product Manager to support strategy development and lead roadmap creation for our subscriber experience across app and web
- 5+ years of product management experience, proven track record of shipping impactful products with a focus on user-centric initiatives
- Strong strategic thinking and systems-level problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience influencing across levels and departments within an organization
- Proficiency with product analytics tools (e.g. Looker, Amplitude), experimentation platforms (e.g. GrowthBook), and user research methods
- Experience in consumer health, telehealth, or subscription-based mobile apps preferred
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field
- Deep empathy for users navigating sensitive and urgent health concerns and a passion for leveraging technology to improve healthcare outcomes and customer well-being
What the job involves
- We are seeking an experienced and execution-driven Lead / Principal Product Manager to support strategy development and lead roadmap creation for our subscriber experience across app and web
- In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, defining, and driving user experience improvements that deliver measurable impact to subscriber engagement and retention
- You’ll work cross-functionally with design, engineering, product marketing, and data teams to create intuitive, accessible, and delightful user experiences across our digital platforms
- You’ll be responsible for delivering web and app features and data-driven product solutions that enhance the delivery of high-quality care
- Your strategic mindset, deep technical acumen, and customer-first approach will be key to shaping impactful and scalable product experiences
- Work with product leadership to define and drive the strategic roadmap for features and experiences for our subscribers throughout their lifecycle and across treatment type. Ensure alignment with company priorities and measurable business outcomes
- Identify key friction points in the user journey and collaborate with UX designers, researchers, clinicians, and engineers to build intuitive, empathetic solutions for diverse patient needs
- Prioritize product investments by evaluating business impact, customer value, technical feasibility, and organizational readiness
- Manage the full product lifecycle — from discovery to delivery to iteration — ensuring high-quality outcomes and continuous improvement based on data and feedback
- Establish clear success metrics and use both qualitative and quantitative insights to inform decision-making and roadmap evolution
- Serve as a UX thought partner to category management, product marketing, support, and clinical operations teams
- Champion collaboration between technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring seamless execution and shared understanding across teams
- Mentor product team members and contribute to the evolution of product practices and strategy within the organization
