- Proven track record of successfully identifying and executing partnerships that drive revenue growth

- Experience with cold outreach, experience including account planning, pre-call preparation, opportunity qualification, and objection handling preferred

What the job involves
- Collaborate closely with the Sales and Success team to identify and pursue strategic pipeline opportunities, create demand generation activities, and desired results
- Build sales pipeline using cold outreach and social selling by scheduling and running qualification meetings before passing it on to Canva Consultants
- Gain in-depth knowledge of Canva technologies, territories, accounts, competitors, industry trends, and more
- Work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of business development initiatives
- Learning and implementing strategies that align Canva’s solutions with customer pains, use cases, and organization imperatives
- Utilize tools like Salesforce, Pocus, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Gong, and other resources to maintain pipeline generation and hygiene strategies
- Deliver on weekly, monthly and quarterly key performance metrics
- As a Business Development Representative at Canva focusing on Sales and Success support, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and nurturing strategic partnerships that drive revenue growth and strengthen customer relationships
- You advocate the innovative power of Canva’s products to make organizations more collaborative, creative, and efficient
- You’ll collaborate with the Sales and Success team to identify new business opportunities, optimize existing partnerships, and ensure the successful implementation and utilization of Canva’s products and services
