Product Quality Assurance Associate, Narmi

• Experience in manual QA testing within a SaaS or product-led environment
• Familiarity with test planning, defect tracking, and release validation

• As a Product Quality Assurance Associate, you’ll play a critical role in maintaining and elevating the quality of Narmi’s products as we continue to scale
• This is a hands-on, execution-focused role for someone who thrives in the details, takes pride in well-structured testing, and is comfortable being in the QA trenches day-to-day
• You’ll work closely with Product, Engineering, Design, Customer Success and external QA vendors to ensure new and existing features are thoroughly tested, release-ready, and dependable for our customers
• Beyond executing tests, you’ll help develop test plans, support vendor enablement, and contribute thoughtful feedback to continuously improve our QA processes
• This role requires strong ownership, comfort juggling multiple requests, and confidence speaking up when quality or customer impact is at risk
• Quality Assurance Execution & Test Planning:
• Execute and develop rigorous manual testing strategies across new features, enhancements, and regression cycles with extreme attention to detail
• Develop and maintain test plans for new feature releases, ensuring clear coverage, traceability, and readiness ahead of launch
• Support ad hoc testing requests from Product, Engineering, and Customer-facing teams as priorities shift
• Validate fixes for high-priority bugs and confirm resolution prior to release
• Vendor Collaboration & Enablement:
• Partner with external QA vendors (manual and automation) to enable them on Narmi’s products, testing expectations, and workflows
• Review vendor-executed test results for completeness, accuracy, and signal quality
• Act as a point of coordination to ensure vendor testing aligns with internal standards and release timelines
• Release & Stakeholder Partnership:
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Design (EPD) stakeholders throughout the development and release cycle
• Serve as a dependable voice of quality throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Communicate testing status, risks, and findings clearly and proactively to stakeholders
• Process Adherence & Improvement:
• Follow established Product QA processes, tooling, and documentation standards
• Identify gaps, inefficiencies, or opportunities for improvement and propose changes with clear reasoning and documentation
• Help ensure QA practices scale effectively as product complexity and release volume increase
