Role
Who you are
- 3+ years of experience as an SDR or in a lead-generation role within SaaS, ideally at a startup
- Target-driven and self-motivated with a passion for hitting goals
- Have excellent communication skills
- Eager to grow with a startup and make a meaningful impact in your role
- Highly organised, accountable, and excellent at managing time and prioritising tasks
What the job involves
- As our founding SDR at Count.co, you will play a critical role in driving our growth by identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities
- Driving outbound lead generation to deliver qualified new business opportunities
- Engaging and nurturing leads through a multi-channel approach: phone, email, social media, networking, and more
- Collaborating with GTM team to craft strategies for achieving sales targets
- Keeping the CRM system (HubSpot) up to date with accurate records of leads, activities, and opportunities to build a robust pipeline
- Proactively generating leads through networking, social outreach, and referrals
- Becoming a product expert and developing a deep understanding of target industries and organisations

- 1 or 2 sessions with our CRO about your experience and a mock process
- Culture fit with one of our Founders and a team member
- The final meeting will take place either virtually or in London, depending on where you're based

Although technology has developed quickly in the past years, the way we analyze SQL has remained unchanged. Count is a technology startup that is setting out to solve this problem by building a next-generation SQL editor that provides SQL analysts with a modern analytical workflow.
Count enables data teams to find and share insights quickly, supercharging decision-making across their organisation. It provides a seamless workflow for SQL analysis, letting data teams explore their data in a reactive SQL notebook, collaborate in real-time and publish their results as beautiful, interactive data apps that their whole organisation can use.
Count's primary target audience is early-stage tech companies and it has been steadily increasing its customer base since raising $2.4 million in seed funding in 2020. Though its team remains small, Count has been intermittently releasing updates to its platform to increase its clients' rates of data distribution. Count, then, evidently continues to remain proactive despite its period of relative quiet through the 2020s.
