Senior Product Manager, Fandom

• We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to join our growing ecommerce games business in the UK. This is a high-impact role responsible for driving product growth, optimizing user experiences, and ensuring scalable systems to support our evolving business
• You will collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, analytics, operations, marketing, and commercial teams to drive engagement, improve conversion, and enhance personalization
• Reports to our VP Product Management
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to align on product strategy and execution. Bridge technical and business teams to ensure product success. Create alignment and transparency around the product roadmap and execution
• Prioritize initiatives effectively, ensure timely delivery, and iterate based on performance metrics, execution and roadmap learnings and cross-departamental feedback loops
• Partner with engineering and data teams to ensure scalable, efficient, and clean data structures & pipelines that support product and business decisions effectively and reliably
• Leverage data, split testing, and user insights to drive product improvements and engagement
• Work on lifecycle marketing, personalization, and engagement strategies to drive growth
