• Make decisions based on data. You track what works, spot trends in community engagement, and use numbers to iterate and improve

• As Community Lead, you will be the driving force behind our thriving finance community, both online and offline
• Your mission: ensure Finary’s finance forum remains the #1 destination for meaningful financial discussions
• You will report to Florian Bidaut, Growth Lead
• Maintain a highly qualitative experience through excellent hosting, positive atmosphere, and proactive moderation, while also fostering community growth and engagement through user-driven content and meaningful interactions
• Be the community’s face, fostering organic growth, leading events, and actively engaging with users across platforms
• Build and nurture an engaged, thriving community around Finary’s mission and products, ensuring active participation and high retention
• Organize bi-monthly meetups throughout France to strengthen member connections and brand loyalty
• Identify and activate ambassadors to foster organic growth and community advocacy
• Monitor community sentiment through qualitative and quantitative analysis
