5+ years of experience in digital marketing, SEO, and paid media, preferably within a B2B SaaS environment targeting Enterprise and Midmarket customers
Proven track record managing and optimizing LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads with an emphasis on generating quality leads

What the job involves

AlayaCare is seeking a Senior Digital Marketing Manager to lead and optimize our paid media, SEO, and digital marketing programs to drive pipeline and revenue growth
In this role, you will be at the forefront of scaling our demand generation efforts across search, paid social, and other key digital channels
You will own our paid media strategy (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and more), enhance our SEO performance, and optimize our website's conversion paths
Working closely with marketing leadership, you will analyze campaign performance, adjust budgets strategically, and continuously improve marketing efficiency to support AlayaCare’s high-growth goals

Own and manage LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), and retargeting campaigns with a focus on driving quality pipeline and ROI
Optimize paid social strategies, particularly on LinkedIn, with ABM, thought leadership, and conversion-focused campaigns
Continuously refine ad performance, messaging, and audience segmentation to improve conversion rates and cost efficiency
Develop and execute an SEO strategy to boost organic traffic and inbound leads, collaborating with the content marketing team to build SEO-driven content
Enhance website pages for search visibility, user experience, and conversion optimization
Track and analyze key performance metrics such as ROAS, CPL, CTR, pipeline contribution, and organic traffic trends
Conduct A/B testing across paid media, landing pages, and website experiences to drive continuous improvement
Work cross-functionally with marketing operations, sales, and product marketing to align digital initiatives with revenue targets
Maintain efficient budget management to maximize pipeline contribution while minimizing CAC

Our take

The home healthcare market is growing due to the ageing population, a global shortage of care workers and a shift to value-based reimbursement. AlayaCare's end-to-end software platform for care providers allows staff to manage the entire client lifecycle, from referrals and intake to billing and payroll. It helps back-office processes run more efficiently, allowing staff to focus on outcomes instead of paperwork.

AlayaCare's platform aims to deliver better patient outcomes and lower costs for providers, reducing both client intake times and resubmissions. This approach has earned the company a large client base of hundreds of home care and assistance firms including Nurse Next Door, Home Instead and Bayada Home Health Care.

The company was not immune to the general downturn in the tech sector in 2022, and slowed growth as a result. That said, AlayaCare made a series of moves towards a more sustainable business model which have seen it come out the other side in a good position. It has now raised additional support to integrate AI into its health record platform.
