Role
Who you are
- 3-5 years of experience in growth marketing, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment, with a proven track record of delivering measurable results through growth marketing initiatives
- Experience in developing and executing ABM strategies
- Understanding of integrations and APIs is a strong advantage
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills and experience with marketing analytics tools
- Creative problem-solver with a growth hacking mentality
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
What the job involves
- As our inaugural Growth Marketer, you'll be responsible for creating and executing strategies that drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention, playing a pivotal role in StackOne's rapid expansion
- Reporting directly to the founder & CEO, you'll have the unique chance to construct a highly scalable and high-performing growth machine. Your strategies and execution will directly impact StackOne's trajectory in the B2B SaaS landscape
- Own demand generation: Research, A/B test, and iterate on new marketing channels and strategies that effectively reach our ICP and drive lead generation, using your creative and analytical skills. This can include ABM, paid advertising, email, partnerships, events, social, and more
- Funnel Optimization: Collaborate with sales and product teams to analyze and optimize the entire customer journey, from awareness to conversion and retention
- Content Strategy: Develop content that supports growth objectives across various stages of the funnel
- Input into Product Strategy: Work closely with the Product and Sales teams to identify new markets, using your unique insights into customer segments to maximize our growth
