Role
Who you are
- Minimum 5 years experience in controlling functions, desirable workforce controlling positions, within an international company, ideally in a multi-site and/or technology driven environment
- Excellent command of Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience with HRIS (e.g. SAP, Workday,…)
- Excellent analytical skills
- Strong ability to provide structure and design processes
- Autonomous with strong problem-solving and prioritization
- Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with finance, HR and business teams
- Good communication skills and team working, ability to develop effective working relationships with employees at all levels (partner with HR business partners, HR Managers and controllers from other areas of the Group)
- Data Driven attitude. Use relevant figures and information to build business cases
- Ability to work in a deadline-driven environment, attention to detail, and multitask
- Fluent English and French
What the job involves
- Monthly payroll closing for several entities and some specific PL lines at group level
- Analyze the deviations vs. N-1, budget and forecast. Manage accruals
- Consolidates and monitors personnel costs, FTEs vs budget/forecast on a monthly basis
- Control the analytical information. Review the results with the business partners
- Explanation of the evolution of Workforce with the business KPIs
- Elaboration of the workforce budget and forecast in coordination with the operational departments and controllers
- Explanation of the workforce evolution
- Presentation of the budget and forecast of your specific area
- Involvement in transversal projects related to workforce
- Ad hoc reports and analysis
- Collaboration with HR to assure the data quality and be aware of the changes in each perimeter
