Who you are
- Eligibility to work in the UK
- 5+ years of direct experience in digital media sales, generating Brand Partnerships
- A proven track record of cultivating and expanding relationships with both clients and agencies, consistently achieving and surpassing sales goals
- Profound knowledge of self-serve platforms, auctions, and biddable forms of digital advertising procurement
- A deep understanding of the video games ecosystem, coupled with a strong passion for it
- Demonstrated ability to excel in a highly dynamic and rapidly changing environment
- A creative and innovative thinker and strategist, capable of thinking outside the box
- A collaborative team player with a cooperative mindset
- Enthusiasm for contributing to the development of initiatives from the ground up

What the job involves
- We're looking for a valiant Brand Partnerships Director to join our team and lead the charge in revolutionizing gaming through groundbreaking advertising solutions
- As our Brand Partnerships Director, you will be the driving force behind establishing and managing strategic alliances with top brands and agencies, connecting them with the vast world of AAA gamers
- Identify, prioritize, educate, and secure business opportunities
- Drive revenue by proactively seeking out and addressing business challenges with clients and partner agencies
- Serve as a trusted partner to senior marketers and agencies, maintaining a consultative approach and offering strategic media solutions. This includes establishing campaign goals, learning agendas, buy models, and golden rules
- Collaborate with internal and client cross-functional teams to structure and execute operational and strategic initiatives
- Develop and execute the strategic approach for each account within your assigned book of business, with the aim of simultaneously unlocking and elevating each relationship
- Ensure that clients receive the highest level of sales and operational customer service
- Create, own, and implement best practices for client interaction, sales, and services
- Establish metrics to measure account growth and performance, providing reports as needed, and offering recommendations for performance enhancements
- Craft compelling sales presentations using market trends and case studies
- Take ownership of planning and developing all senior client meeting agendas, ensuring appropriate materials, participants, and key actions
- Keep clients informed about Overwolf's products and developments, and educate clients and agencies on best practices
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members

As gaming becomes more and more popular, the trend in user-generated content such as mods is also on the rise. Overwolf wants to empower the creators of such content, with a platform that supports the building of apps and publishing of mods, as well as the monetization of these creations.
Through the platform, creators can develop apps with a range of capabilities, such as stat-trackers or gameplay capture tools. Then, they can track app downloads, engagement and reviews all from a single place. Mod developers have access to a complete toolset through which they can manage all their mods and add-ons, protect their content from unauthorized duplications and distribute with a wide range of revenue models.
On top of these tools for developers, the site acts as a marketplace for gamers to find the add-ons they want, connecting them to creations that can enhance their gaming experience. Having expanded into the US in 2023, following a year in which it generated over $50 million in advertising revenue, Overwolf is on an impressive trajectory and is certainly one to watch.
