Role
Who you are
- 5+ years’ experience in B2B marketing, ideally in fintech, SaaS, or payments
- Proven expertise in regional marketing: demand generation, account-based marketing, and event-led growth
- Strong understanding of Germany and Benelux markets and customer behaviours
- Native or fluent German and excellent English communication skills. Dutch is a plus
- A passion for creativity, with the ability to turn bold campaigns into high-impact commercial opportunities
- A track record of concepting and project managing next-level events and brand activations
- Experience in creating highly targeted ABM programmes that don’t just engage audiences but deliver measurable business growth
- A collaborative, growth-minded professional with the ability to influence across teams, agencies, and regions

- Create and execute regional strategy: Develop marketing plans that build and nurture the sales pipeline while strengthening brand awareness in Germany & Benelux, fully aligned with Enfuce’s overall business strategy
- Implement localised campaigns: Adapt global initiatives to the region’s language, culture, and customer behaviour
- Coordinate go-to-market activities: Support go-to-market priorities in Germany & Benelux, ensuring strong alignment with the commercial team
- Local content creation: Produce tailored content that speaks directly to local audiences and drives engagement
- Deliver creative, results-oriented campaigns that generate demand and accelerate conversion
- Concept and deliver next-level experiences from bold industry activations to highly curated executive gatherings that are distinctive, memorable, and designed to drive growth
- Create and deliver tailored account-based strategies and plans for high-priority enterprise accounts within Germany & Benelux
- When needed, contribute to global event activities and provide support across other regions
- Ensure regional marketing directly supports pipeline goals, driving qualified leads and revenue opportunities, while aiding acceleration of sales cycles through meaningful MOFU and BOFU interactions
- Act as the bridge between growth, brand and communications, and solutions marketing teams to bring global initiatives to life locally
- Partner with the global brand team and regional agencies to maximise visibility and impact in local markets
- Collaborate with the partner team and local partners to expand reach and co-create experiences that accelerate joint business
- Define clear objectives for every initiative from engagement to lead generation and refine based on performance data
- Provide recommendations that enhance regional execution and influence global strategy

The rise of open banking has allowed fintechs to provide more personalised customer experiences, but setting up these systems requires specialists. It can also be difficult for smaller companies to provide more simple services such as fast card issuing and payments, reducing their ability to compete with other financial services.
Enfuce provides card issuing and payment services, helping clients to launch feature-rich payment cards that are secure, compliant, and quick to deploy. The company also helps businesses set up open banking systems, allowing customers to share their financial data to facilitate the creation of personalised financial tools.
Whilst many companies provide cards and open banking financial tools, this often requires complimentary infrastructure and software engineers - resources that many businesses are unable to access. Enfuce has been smart to offer a suite that allows any business to rapidly deploy cards and financial services, and continues to forge impressive partnerships as it doubles down on this core goal.
