- 10+ years experience in product marketing
- 3+ years of people management experience - and you're someone who enjoys building, mentoring, and aligning teams
- Deeply knowledgeable and opinionated about network infrastructure technology
- Exceptional communication skills and able to explain complex concepts in simple ways
- An engineer in spirit (or practice)
What the job involves
- Lead Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop the go-to-market plan for key products and solutions, alongside other leaders. This includes strategizing and executing product launches and updates
- Own Positioning and Messaging: Be responsible for developing core messaging, positioning, and playbooks. You will oversee the creation of (and create) compelling content for a variety of channels for both practitioners and decision makers
- Shape Product Packaging & Pricing: Align with the Product team on how to best optimize packaging, pricing, and solutioning for enterprise and service provider customers
- Enable Sales, Partners, and Customer Success: Partner with the Enablement team to internal and external teams by developing demos, training, and content that are effective and easy to understand
- Engage Analysts and Customers: Develop strong relationships with network, infrastructure, and cloud experts; share and implement learnings across the GTM team
Our take
The rise in internet use has resulted in an often unmanageable amount of network traffic across websites, data centers, and most recently cloud services. The resulting mass of information from this is problematic to interpret and thus difficult to use for troubleshooting and engagement insights.
Kentik provides an integrated network monitoring dashboard for enterprises that helps provide visual data illustrations and insights based on traffic. This allows administrators to identify bottlenecks in their networks, whilst providing opportunities to provide cyber protection and monitor customer experiences.
The Kentik dashboard’s approach to network management is unique due to its focus on the visualization of information. This allows insights regarding network limitations and bottlenecks to be understandable and manageable to enterprises regardless of whether staff has knowledge in networking data.
