Role
Who you are
- 4+ years of digital marketing experience, preferably in a high-growth or fast-paced environment
- A generalist mindset—you’re comfortable switching between strategy, execution, and optimization
- A data-driven approach, using insights to guide decisions and improve outcomes
- Proven ability to develop and execute high-impact campaigns that drive market share and revenue growth
- Experience in the US market—either having worked in the US or marketing to a US-based audience
- A highly adaptable and hands-on attitude, thriving in an environment that requires both strategic thinking and execution
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to bring teams together and drive alignment

What the job involves
- This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, high-impact environment where you’ll gain deep expertise, lead critical initiatives, and grow your career alongside a talented and driven team. You will be reporting to the Marketing Lead
- Develop a deep understanding of our target audience and translate insights into effective marketing strategies
- Plan and execute multichannel campaigns (CRM, Performance Marketing, Social Media, SEO, and more) to drive engagement and growth
- Own the end-to-end project management of campaigns—strategy, execution, performance tracking, and continuous optimization
- Work cross-functionally with product, sales, and creative teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals
- Monitor, report, and optimize marketing performance to ensure maximum impact and efficiency

- Recruiter Interview: A 30-minute call with one of our Talent Acquisition Managers to learn about your career motivations and provide insights into the role and team
- Hiring Manager Interview: A 45-minute interview to delve deeper into the role and assess your technical skills
- Panel Interview: A 90-minute session with the team, including a presentation of a short case study (instructions provided in advance)
Our take
Becoming a doctor is undoubtedly challenging, but it is disheartening when the already demanding journey is further complicated by the intricate web of the medical education system. The current system often imposes restrictions on collaboration, fails to provide integrated resources, and sometimes lacks supportive examination boards.
AMBOSS was founded by doctors initially to help medical students overcome this mess but has now extended to become a knowledge platform for all types of medical professionals.
Today the company‘s products are used by more than a million healthcare professionals in over 180 countries. The strategy to extend their reach even further involves partnerships with major hospital groups like Helios.
The regularly upgraded knowledge base that the company has developed is an incredible growing asset. AMBOSS, however, will not rest on this and will continue to develop its smart learning technology to engage doctors even more deeply with their work.
