What the job involves

  • You’ll be joining a company that’s having a huge impact on people’s lives with a culture where you can be yourself, have fun and progress
  • Being the go-to person for anything office related, making sure our employees have what they need to work comfortably in a welcoming environment
  • Ordering and maintaining office supplies and equipment
  • Ensuring the office is tidy, safe, and conducive to work
  • Coordinating repairs and maintenance of office equipment and facilities with building management
  • Supporting with internal events such as our monthly Beam Together session
  • Managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements
  • Preparing and editing correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents as required
  • Supporting functional activities as needed e.g., larger team meetings
  • As the Office Manager, you will primarily work in the office (at least four days a week), with occasional opportunities to work from home

  • 30-minute video call with a member of the talent team
  • Take home task
  • Two 45-minute meetings with the People and Talent Teams
  • Panel interviews with 2 members of our Leadership team
  • We are accepting rolling applications for this role, with no fixed close date
  • We have a 6-month wait period before you can re-apply for this role
