Role
Who you are
- Bachelor’s degree in Motion Design, Visual Communication, Graphic Design, Multimedia, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in motion graphics, video production, and visual design, ideally within an agency or brand team
- Strong portfolio showcasing motion graphics, video editing, and overall visual design
- Expert-level proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop)
- Working knowledge of Figma preferred
- Understanding of video production workflows from concept through to delivery
- Strong grasp of typography, composition, color theory, and design principles
- Awareness of UI/UX best practices for digital creative
- Excellent time management, collaboration, and communication skills
- Self-starter who can manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for storytelling, innovation, and experimentation
- Bonus: familiarity with Cinema 4D or other 3D/animation software

- We are looking for a Senior Motion and Visual Designer to help us elevate brand stories through motion, video, and compelling visual assets across CRM campaigns — including email and mobile

- Lead ideation, storyboarding, and execution of high-impact motion design projects that align with brand and project goals
- Design and animate visually engaging video content, including sizzle reels for marketing campaigns, social, presentations, websites, product launches, and events
- Own the end-to-end video production workflow — concepting, shooting (as needed), editing, animation, typography, sound design, and final delivery
- Support the larger creative studio with CRM-focused campaigns, including email and mobile assets
- Develop and maintain a library of reusable visual assets and templates
- Partner cross-functionally with creative directors, copywriters, strategists, UX/UI designers, and account teams to deliver cohesive, on-brand creative
- Produce assets optimized for various digital channels: social, paid media, web, CRM
- Stay current on design, video, and motion trends, proactively bringing new ideas to the team
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, delivering high-quality work on schedule and on budget
- Champion Zeta’s creative standards while pushing boundaries to explore new ideas
