Role
Who you are
- 5-7+ years of experience managing large-scale paid social campaigns, with a proven track record of delivering measurable results
- Expertise in paid social platforms, including Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, Pinterest Ads, and others
- Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in interpreting performance data and optimizing campaigns accordingly
- Deep understanding of audience segmentation, creative testing, and platform-specific ad formats
- Experience managing significant budgets and scaling campaigns efficiently
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting
- Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Passion for social media, digital trends, and paid advertising strategies
What the job involves
- We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Paid Social Manager to lead and scale our paid social advertising programs across multiple platforms
- Reporting to the Director of Growth Marketing, you will own the end-to-end strategy, execution, and performance optimization of paid social campaigns, with a focus on driving customer acquisition, engagement, and retention
- Define, lead, and execute the paid social strategy across platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest
- Develop full-funnel strategies to support evergreen, seasonal, and 360 marketing campaigns, driving both performance and brand objectives
- Partner closely with the Director of Growth Marketing to set ambitious goals and align efforts with overarching business objectives
- Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of paid social campaigns, ensuring optimal performance against KPIs such as CPA, ROAS, and LTV
- Utilize platform tools and data-driven insights to continuously test and refine campaign elements, including targeting, creative, and bidding strategies
- Collaborate with the Influencer Marketing Manager, internal creative and organic social teams to develop high-performing ad content tailored to platform-specific audiences and formats
- Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights to key stakeholders through regular reporting and analysis
- Lead the development of dashboards and reporting frameworks to track campaign performance and inform decision-making
- Use performance data to proactively identify opportunities to improve efficiency and scale
- Partner with cross-functional teams, including Creative and Analytics, to ensure campaigns align with business objectives and brand standards
- Act as the primary point of contact for social platform representatives, staying informed of platform updates, best practices, and emerging opportunities
- Mentor and manage junior team members, providing guidance and fostering their professional growth
- Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging platform capabilities, integrating innovative strategies into campaigns to maintain a competitive edge
- Experiment with new formats, targeting strategies, and technologies to improve campaign performance and customer acquisition
- Manage and mentor up to two direct reports, providing coaching, professional development, and performance feedback
- Assign projects, set clear priorities, and foster a collaborative, results-oriented environment
- Support team growth by identifying skills gaps, optimizing workflows, and encouraging innovation

Our take
Food delivered to your door often gets cold and soggy as it travels in a courier's bag from restaurant to home. Using Wonder, customers order food from a mobile app, which is cooked in a truck right outside your door. Their aim is to improve the standard of home-delivered food, both the quality of product – working with world renowned chefs – and the experience itself.
Wonder has received fair criticism surrounding poor environmental consideration, as each kitchen/van sits idle with the engine running whilst food is prepared. A study by the US Department of Energy found that banning the unnecessary idling of personal vehicles would be the same as taking 5 million vehicles off the roads.
In spite of this, Wonder has sustainability strategies involving food sourcing, reducing food waste, sustainable packaging, and, notably, an emissions-neutral fleet. Wonder has received enormous funding bringing it to a valuation of $3.5 billion, and the number of vans distributed across North America is expected to multiply exponentially.
