Who you are

Minimum 2 years of experience as a UX/UI/Product Designer or in a similar role
Demonstrated strong teamwork skills coupled with a problem-solving attitude
Experience in designing web applications, preferably with a focus on Financials or related domains
Familiarity with WCAG accessibility rules
Proficiency in Figma
A proactive and inquisitive approach to work
English proficiency at a minimum B2 level

What the job involves

We are actively searching for a talented Product Designer to join our dynamic remote team. As a Product Designer at INGENIOUS.BUILD, you'll play a pivotal role in creating and refining user interfaces for the Financial tools and functionalities of our platform in collaboration with our product management and engineering teams
You'll have the opportunity to build prototypes, gather feedback from stakeholders, and ensure the seamless integration of design elements into our platform
Your work will directly contribute to the success of our Financial tools and functionalities and the satisfaction of our users

Collaborate closely with product management and engineering teams to create impactful user interfaces
Develop clickable prototypes to demonstrate design concepts and gather feedback
Work with stakeholders to understand their needs and incorporate feedback into design iterations
Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions
Oversee the design process and identify areas for improvement
Conduct competition research to inform design decisions
Assist developers during the implementation phase by providing support and clarifications
Utilize INGENIOUS.BUILD Design System to maintain consistency across the product
Take ownership of features and drive them from conception to delivery
