Who you are

- 2–3 years of SaaS sales management experience with a proven record of success
- 5+ years of full-cycle SaaS sales experience; sales experience in HR Tech (HRIS, Payroll, Talent Management, etc.) is required
- Familiarity selling into the 50 -500 employee segment
- Experience with structured sales methodology (CoM, Sandler, etc.)
- Experience launching or supporting new product go-to-market initiatives is preferred

What the job involves
- Our Sales Managers are responsible for the day-to-day oversight of sales culture, talent development and overall revenue performance. You will work directly with our global sales leadership team and report to our Director of Sales
- The team you lead will be responsible for prospecting for new business, managing inbound opportunities and expansion within our existing customer base
- Lead, coach and support a team of 6-8 SMB Account Executives
- Onboard new AEs and mentor experienced team members
- Drive performance through regular coaching, pipeline reviews, and skills development focused on HRIS and Talent Management solutions
- Plan and lead team meetings and training sessions to foster engagement and learning
- Build and maintain a positive, high-performing team culture—ideally working in close proximity to our SF and NYC office hubs
