2–3 years of SaaS sales management experience with a proven record of success
5+ years of full-cycle SaaS sales experience; sales experience in HR Tech (HRIS, Payroll, Talent Management, etc.) is required
Familiarity selling into the 50 -500 employee segment
Experience with structured sales methodology (CoM, Sandler, etc.)
Experience launching or supporting new product go-to-market initiatives is preferred

What the job involves

Our Sales Managers are responsible for the day-to-day oversight of sales culture, talent development and overall revenue performance. You will work directly with our global sales leadership team and report to our Director of Sales
The team you lead will be responsible for prospecting for new business, managing inbound opportunities and expansion within our existing customer base
Lead, coach and support a team of 6-8 SMB Account Executives
Onboard new AEs and mentor experienced team members
Drive performance through regular coaching, pipeline reviews, and skills development focused on HRIS and Talent Management solutions
Plan and lead team meetings and training sessions to foster engagement and learning
Build and maintain a positive, high-performing team culture—ideally working in close proximity to our SF and NYC office hubs
