Role
Who you are
- 1-3 years of experience in startups, top-tier consulting, investment banking, venture capital / private equity, or other fast-paced environments
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business administration, engineering, science or a related field from a reputable university
- Excellent multitasking and prioritisation skills to handle multiple projects, with a proven ability to achieve results regardless of the challenges involved
- Proactive & entrepreneurial mindset, combined with a willingness to dive into new areas, break down complex problems into simple solutions, and take full ownership of outcomes
- Clear, articulate communication skills in English
- Familiarity with low-code/no-code tools or a willingness to learn is a strong advantage
What the job involves
- As a Founders Associate on our Strategy Team, you will be at the core of what drives bunch forward
- Working closely with our Founders and Head of Strategy, you will take on impactful projects that shape our commercial, operational, and product success
- This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute directly to the growth of bunch from within and gain experience of taking an early-stage company to the next level
- Conduct market research and opportunity assessments to support the Founders and the Strategy Team in new areas for growth, operational improvements, and the launch of new markets, business lines, and products
- Lead the early stages of high-importance, high-urgency projects - from problem definition to actionable plans. Drive data-backed testing of hypotheses through reference calls, targeted research, and rapid prototyping to find solutions quickly
- Take charge of initiatives across commercial, product, and operations. Work closely with different teams to ensure alignment and effective execution. Step into interim roles as needed to drive outcomes and maintain momentum
- Build and maintain key partnerships that support our business objectives
- Monitor key metrics and help prepare materials for board meetings and other investor communications to keep investors informed and aligned with our company's vision and progress

- Final meeting with our Founder(s) and selected senior leadership to further learn about our vision and discuss any open questions (30min each)
- Reference Call to get a feel for your relationship-building ability
Our take
Berlin-based Bunch is an operating system (OS) for investors to syndicate deals across private markets. Both founders’ previous experiences in fintech made them uniquely aware of the barriers preventing access to private markets and how to knock them down.
The private market investment has boomed in recent years, with around $10 trillion in assets under management. Considering the growing state of the market coupled with the company's current work to refine its platform, making it easier for investors to participate in private markets, Bunch can expect to see greater demand and further uptake of its services.
Since its founding in 2021, Bunch has attracted over 500 investors to its platform and now administers around €150 million in assets. Following recent funding, the company is focused on growing its userbase, expanding into new markets and diversifying its portfolio of asset classes for investors.
