Senior/Staff Technical Operations and Delivery Manager, Crusoe Energy Systems

• The ideal candidate will operate as a key execution lead for both departments; helping translate strategic goals into actionable plans, manage operational cadences, and ensure teams stay focused on critical delivery objectives
• 7+ years of experience in technical delivery management, technical operations, or technical program/project management roles, preferably within technology or high-growth companies
• Strong communication, negotiation, and influence skills with the ability to present clearly and credibly to technical teams, stakeholders, and leadership
• Execution-driven with exceptional organizational skills and a proven ability to manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated ability to drive cross-functional alignment and collaborate effectively across security, infrastructure, IT, engineering, and business-facing teams
• Strong planning and tactical execution skills, with the ability to manage complex dependencies and shift between mid-term planning and daily execution needs
• Proficiency with modern project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Monday.com, Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms)

• Initiative & Project Delivery: Manage critical initiatives and projects from end-to-end, ensuring effective execution, stakeholder alignment, and on-time delivery
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the connective tissue across Security, IT, and broader functional teams to ensure delivery alignment and proactively remove blockers impeding progress
• Risk & Dependency Management: Surface, track, and facilitate the mitigation of risks or dependencies that may affect outcomes across teams or initiatives
• Operational Cadence & Reporting: Establish and manage operational cadences (e.g., delivery reviews, status meetings) and reporting mechanisms focused on tracking progress, risks, and dependencies for key initiatives
• Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies across team workflows or handoffs and implement scalable solutions to improve execution velocity and quality
• Security Program Enablement: Develop and deliver communications, new processes, and resources to promote and ensure effectiveness of security program initiatives across the organization
