• Lead end-to-end design for a core mortgage servicing product area, from early discovery through launch and iteration
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional partners to deliver user-centered solutions in a fast-paced, agile environment
• Simplify complex workflows and translate regulatory and operational requirements into intuitive, elegant experiences for homeowners and servicing professionals
• Contribute to product strategy by bringing a deep understanding of user needs, informed by both qualitative and quantitative research
