What the job involves

  • You will play a key role in driving SoBe Burgers brand presence, increasing customer engagement, and supporting franchise growth
  • Reporting to the MD of SoBe Burger and eventually the VP of Marketing, you will execute innovative marketing campaigns, manage partnerships, and ensure brand consistency across all channels
  • This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a fast-growing brand and bring fresh, creative ideas to the table
  • Execute and manage marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness and drive footfall to franchise locations and delivery platforms
  • Support the development and implementation of brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all marketing materials
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of SoBe Burgers social media presence, working closely with the Social Media Lead who creates content and partnerships for Instagram and TikTok
  • Work across digital and traditional marketing channels, including social media, influencer collaborations, email marketing, and paid advertising
  • Track and analyse campaign performance, using insights to optimise future marketing efforts
  • Assist in developing content for social platforms, email campaigns, and website updates to maintain an engaging digital presence
  • Support the optimisation of the website and app experience, including online orders, loyalty programmes, and promotions in collaboration with central teams
  • Work alongside the Head of Growth on SEO, PPC, and data analytics strategies to improve online visibility and customer conversion on the delivery platforms
  • Collaborate with franchisees to develop localised marketing initiatives that align with SoBe Burgers brand values
  • Help identify and build relationships with complementary brands, influencers, and partners to expand SoBe Burgers reach
  • Support community outreach initiatives that strengthen SoBe Burgers reputation and customer loyalty
