Role
Who you are
- We’re looking for someone who thinks big, digs into the details, and knows how to capture the hearts and minds of our audiences

- Bachelor’s degree in English, journalism, or a related field
- 4+ years of marketing experience, preferably within a B2B SaaS company and/or eComm
- Excellent written communication skills with a keen eye for detail
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, consistently delivering quality work under tight deadlines
- Proficient at transforming complex ideas, such as data, into compelling and accessible narratives
- Proven track record of collaborating effectively across various disciplines, adept at translating general feedback into precise and meaningful edits
- Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, and familiarity with marketing tech stacks are preferred
- Proactively identifies emerging trends within our industry and applies the Yotpo perspective to convey our story with relevance and urgency
- Works closely with leadership to produce a quick-turnaround copy when required
- Demonstrates strong self-management skills, effectively prioritizing tasks and ensuring the timely completion of large projects
What the job involves
- We’re looking for a Content Marketing Manager to join our Demand Generation team and help bring our vision to life
- You’ll report directly to the Director of Demand Generation US, working closely with our passionate brand, product marketing, and DG teams
- You’ll be the voice that connects Yotpo to the world. This isn’t just about creating content—it’s about telling a story that resonates, sticks, and inspires
- Champion Yotpo’s Narrative: Develop a deep understanding of our eCommerce platform and transform technical details into content that excites and inspires
- Create Impactful Assets: Produce a wide range of content, from blog posts, case studies, and ebooks to social promos, landing pages, webinars, and sales one-pagers
- Drive Demand Generation: Partner with DG teams to build compelling content that stirs interest, creates demand, and drives engagement across channels
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work hand-in-hand with our brand and product marketing teams to create cohesive storytelling across the customer journey and craft content that fuels our go-to-market strategy
- Bring Ideas to Life Visually: Team up with design and web experts to develop visuals that make your content pop
Our take
The retail sector is continuing its decisive pivot towards eCommerce, creating a vast and growing market for innovative eCommerce tools and software. Yotpo is a SaaS-based eCommerce marketing startup offering integrated data-driven loyalty, SMS marketing, and review solutions, amongst others, on a single platform.
The company has already secured strategic partnerships with major eCommerce platforms including Shopify, Salesforce, and Adobe. In a sector where the breadth of reach is key, it is wise to deepen existing partnerships and continue with new acquisitions - both of which appear to have remained a priority for Yotpo alongside the launch of its eCommerce Retention Marketing Platform in 2023.
Its focus on a single platform and integrated experience is likely to be a success, as the spate of new eCommerce tools is creating a real need for streamlined and optimized management as the sector develops.
