What the job involves

We’re looking for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-obsessed Executive Assistant to support our CEO and leadership team
You’ll also help support broader leadership operations and play a key role in keeping the team running efficiently
Own and manage the CEO + Head of Engineering’s calendar—scheduling meetings, prioritizing appointments, and ensuring alignment across teams
Triage the CEO + Head of Eng's inbox—draft responses, flag action items, and manage follow-ups
Prepare agendas, take detailed notes, and track action items across key meetings
Oversee expense reports, reimbursements, and basic financial tracking for the CEO
Coordinate all travel logistics—flights, hotels, ground transportation
Support scheduling and logistics for other execs as needed
Book accommodations and event logistics for offsites and conferences
Handle light office coordination—snacks, mail, meeting prep, visitor management
Act as a trusted gatekeeper and liaison for both internal and external stakeholders
