Who you are
- You have 5+ years of strong software engineering fundamentals and apply them in ambiguous problem spaces
- You are passionate about building software that improves the productivity of other engineers
- You balance impact with progress: you love delivering high-value solutions, even in incremental steps
- You excel in collaborative environments, working with diverse teams to create scalable solutions
- Experience with Go or Python
What the job involves
- Reporting to the Engineering Manager, you will be an important contributor to enhancing developer effectiveness and productivity across the organization
- You'll help us create a data-driven strategy to understand our developers' needs and pain points, building feedback loops to increase the use of our core platforms
- Your work will also involve modernizing and standardizing our development and deployment patterns to expedite development and make it easier for engineers to be effective working across teams
- You'll measure your success by metrics related to developer cycle time, platform adoption, and overall developer sentiment
- This is a role where your work directly influences the speed, quality, and effectiveness of all engineering teams, helping our company innovate and deliver value to our customers more quickly
- Develop infrastructure software, tools, and frameworks that improve developer productivity and efficiency
- Deliver cross-cutting features
- Partner with engineering teams to create and adopt platforms that provide a holistic view of developer workflows
- Lead projects from design through implementation, balancing technical depth with practical delivery
- Collaborate across different teams
