What the job involves
- We are looking for an Executive Assistant to support the CMO in organising and coordinating his program
- Understanding and awareness of the CMO's needs and priorities to ensure daily operations run smoothly
- Diary management, maintaining an events calendar, organising and scheduling appointments
- Arranging travel and accommodations
- Performing additional duties as assigned by the CMO
