What the job involves

We are looking for an Executive Assistant to support the CMO in organising and coordinating his program
Understanding and awareness of the CMO's needs and priorities to ensure daily operations run smoothly
Diary management, maintaining an events calendar, organising and scheduling appointments
Arranging travel and accommodations
Performing additional duties as assigned by the CMO
