Role
Who you are
- You’re a successful Account Executive with track record of strong performance early in your career (top 10%-20% of the sales org) quota attainment successfully selling in 100 < 30,000 FTE segment, typical deal sizes sold $30,000 - $250,000 ARR
- You love AI, including the applications of Large Language Models and GenAI
- You can develop and articulate an AI solution vision to technical and business stakeholders to match value proposition and business needs, as a consultative partner
- You have a Pipeline Generation mindset
- You love working in fast-paced, growing start-up environment and want ownership
What the job involves
- You’ll be joining our newly formed Sales team in New York, reporting to Viky, our Head of Sales
- You’ll drive pipeline and win business selling V7 Go whilst focusing on a specific vertical (Finance, Legal, Insurance or Real Estate)
- You’ll work closely with marketing, sales development, account management and our solution engineering team in order to get deals over the line
- You’ll be running the full sales cycle for tailored solutions and generating pipelines proactively
- Multi-threading accounts by building strong business cases and cultivating multiple champions across technical and commercial stakeholders
- Becoming an AI product expert by earning trust as a strategic advisor who can confidently explain V7’s capabilities and the broader impact of AI in the era of multi-LLMs
- Owning your vertical like a CEO, taking the lead in shaping how V7 transforms a specific industry’s approach to AI, and driving our growth in that space

Our take
AI is currently utilised across multiple industries, requiring companies to continuously collect, organise, and label image data so that AI models can adapt to new scenarios. However, the responses they get from AI can easily fall into the simple back-and-forth of chatbots. V7 is changing this through developing AI agents that simulate how humans reason through problems, reducing errors, increasing reliability, and linking the outcome back to its original data source. All of this amounts to vision-based AI models that learn continuously and with minimal human supervision.
V7's Go platform can ingest documents, images and text and boil them down to AI-solvable steps. Alongside automating mundane tasks, the Go platform has a user interface that supports customised workflows - all with no code required. The company says that using only 100 human-annotated examples in its toolkit, it can label the rest of the training data autonomously. Although it found its first customers in medicine and health sciences, its product is being picked up by everyone from tech companies to asset managers and law firms.
With the launch of V7 Go, the company is taking a bold leap into business automation, making powerful AI easy for everyday users. Backed by big-name customers, strong accuracy results, and 2022's Series A investment round, V7 is very much ready to become a major player in the future of work.
