Our take
Sierra is helping businesses give their customers better, more human support with AI. Its AI agents are always available - day or night, in any language, and on any channel. It's their natural and thoughtful interactions which help these agents stand out; it's not just fast answers but smart, on-brand conversations that actually feel like someone's listening.
Big names like Sonos, WeightWatchers, and SiriusXM already trust Sierra to handle millions of customer interactions too. And it's easy to see why. In a world where customer service often feels robotic or frustrating, Sierra is flipping that script. As AI continues to shape the way we connect and solve problems, Sierra is showing what it looks like when that technology is built with care and a focus on people.
