Role
Who you are
- The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in enterprise sales, a deep understanding of OEM operations, and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers across such organizations
- Have a verifiable track record of performance with Major/ Enterprise Account Management with Group references
- Need to be as comfortable speaking to various client stakeholders, including Department Leads, Executives, Engineering Teams, Technical Leadership/Teams
- Able to build and expand relationships with clients growth by listening to client needs and other opportunities
- Through training you will be giving insight on best practices that will leverage and drive the customer performance
- Business, Computer Science or Engineering Bachelor's degree
- Microsoft and or Google doc Excel, Power point, and Word experience
- Possess an in-depth understand
- Willingness to travel up to 60%
What the job involves
- We are looking for an Enterprise Account Manager, OEM & Logistics at UVeye who will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive adoption and expansion of UVeye’s cutting-edge vehicle inspection solutions within major OEM organizations
- This is not a remote role and requires in-office collaboration in Teaneck, NJ
- You'll be serving as the main point of contact for our OEM & logistics client(s) and establishing and developing long-lasting, reliable relationships with decision makers on all levels and in all relevant functions
- Acting as liaison between our clients and our internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions
- Identify opportunities on a regular basis for additional deployments or development opportunities with our clients and build action plans to complete
- Create and align cross-divisional customer strategy with customer and product business units
- Lead product demos and pilot deployments for prospective and current OEM & logistics customers, ensuring successful execution and alignment with client objectives
- Lead on boarding process post installation and through the hand off to customer use of UVeye system and solutions
- Monitor and improve the status and health of the customer relationship; including client feedback, definition of follow-up tasks, and ensure effectiveness
- Measure, monitor, and influence customer targets and strategies, and complete monthly and/or quarterly business reviews
- Assist customers with maximizing the value that they receive from the products and the relationship overall. Monitor internal sentiment, offer and provide platform education and training on an as-needed basis
- Travel to customer locations to support onboarding and system training activities
- Other projects as assigned
Our take
UVeye has developed contact-free vehicle inspection systems that leverage AI, ML, and computer vision to swiftly detect faults and abnormalities in vehicles. It’s a broadening out of UVeye’s original remit, which was inspection devices for military and police organizations - although sensitive security facilities like embassies and power plants still make up a critical part of UVeye’s business.
This pivot provided a real shot in the arm for UVeye, especially for its US expansion where it struck gold in the automotive sector. Healthy funding has now come from major players like Toyota Tsusho, Hyundai Motors and Volvo, and the latter has committed to a long-term contract to install the tech in all its North American dealerships.
UVeye is astutely doubling down on its penetration into the $100B+ US automotive industry through flirting with expansions into the insurance sector - it’s partnered, for example, with W.R. Berkley. Insurance tech in this region is throwing itself into data-led digital transformation, and a system that allows UVeye to explore this kind of partnership alongside lucrative manufacturing and defense contracts makes for a very promising position indeed.
