IT Administrator, Eyeo

• Minimum 3-5 years professional work experience in an IT service management role or equivalent administration role
• Business fluency in German and English
• Based in CET or within ±1 hour
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on continuous improvement
• Ability to work autonomously as well as to collaborate in a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels
• Experience in managing vendor relationships and contracts
• Ability to translate between business and technical requirements

Desirable

• As an IT System administrator, you and your team will be responsible for the end-to-end management of specific IT services within the organization
• This role involves ensuring that services are delivered by agreed-upon standards, optimizing performance and continuously improving the service delivery processes
• As part of your role, you’ll be interacting as a Service Owner and serve as the main point of contact between IT and the business stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business objectives and user needs
• Oversee the entire lifecycle of assigned IT services, from inception to retirement, ensuring they meet business needs
• Collaborate with business units, stakeholders and end-users to understand requirements, gather feedback and ensure service alignment with business objectives
• Coordinate and manage the resolution of incidents and service requests, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations and effective communication with stakeholders
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives by tracking and analyzing service performance metrics, identifying trends and implementing necessary changes along with best practices to enhance service quality and efficiency
• Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers, ensuring they meet contractual obligations and deliver high-quality services
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of service processes, performance metrics and improvement initiatives. Prepare and present regular reports to your manager and stakeholders
• Ensure that IT services comply with relevant regulatory requirements, security policies and industry standards
