Senior Software Engineer, Bear Robotics

• Proven track record of architecting and optimizing enterprise-level data platforms, using GCP and BigQuery or equivalent
• Hands-on experience with Terraform for infrastructure as code
• Strong proficiency with enterprise visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Superset) and experience creating impactful dashboards
• Advanced SQL expertise and a strong understanding of database management and optimization principles
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or a related field
• 5+ years of professional experience in data engineering, including managing data pipelines, databases, and analytics platforms
• Demonstrated experience in a technical leadership role, either formally or informally guiding junior engineers
• Prolonged periods of sitting/standing at a desk and working on a computer. The employee routinely is required to sit; stand, walk; talk and hear; use hands to keyboard
• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus

• Technical Leadership:
• Architect, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and infrastructure to support complex analytics needs
