Senior Product Designer, Peek

• A seasoned product designer with experience working on B2B, SaaS, or operational platforms with data-heavy interfaces
• Comfortable leading strategic initiatives from 0→1, influencing direction across product and engineering teams
• Experienced with fast-moving environments—able to juggle multiple concurrent projects without losing quality or momentum
• Grounded and pragmatic: you understand how to balance ideal user experiences with technical and business constraints
• Excited by the use of AI as a tool: from research synthesis and content generation to ideation and automation of repetitive design tasks
• Curious, collaborative, and open-minded—you enjoy solving hard problems and co-creating with partners across disciplines
• 7+ years of experience in product or UX design
• Strong proficiency in Figma and other design/prototyping tools
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex product work, set UX direction, and drive measurable outcomes
• Hands-on experience using AI tools in your day-to-day workflows
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills—you bring clarity to ambiguity and unite stakeholders around a vision
• Comfort with service design thinking and mapping complex workflows across touch points
• Portfolio that demonstrates problem-solving, systems thinking, and effective execution across real-world products

• You’ll lead high-impact initiatives across multiple product areas - advocating for user needs, turning deep insights into experiences people genuinely love, and helping define the future of the tools that empower activity operators worldwide
• You’ll work across multiple projects, collaborating with product and engineering teams to deliver intuitive, scalable designs - leveraging modern tools, including AI, to move fast and design smart
• Lead end-to-end design for core product areas, both B2B and B2C, defining UX strategy, design approach, and execution
• Translate complex workflows and data into simple, elegant interfaces through wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity design
• Conduct user interviews and usability testing to uncover needs, pain points, and opportunities. Use those insights to guide design decisions and validate solutions
• Use AI-enhanced design and research tools to increase speed, clarity, and depth in your work, whether you’re organizing insights, generating content, or iterating quickly
• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to align on goals and outcomes
• Drive alignment across design, product, and engineering through clear communication and documentation
• Help shape and evolve our design systems and team processes to support scale and consistency
• Advocate for a seamless, high-quality user experience across the entire customer journey—from onboarding to daily use
