Role
Who you are
- The ideal candidate should have native or near-native English proficiency, possess strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, and be familiar with eCommerce platforms, especially Shopify
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills are crucial, alongside the capability to work independently in a remote setting
- Previous successful experiences, particularly in operations, are valued, though not mandatory
- A motivated individual with a strong work ethic, eager to learn
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred
What the job involves
- This is a full-time position requiring a minimum of 8 hours of work per day, and more when required
- The role is fully remote. The initial contract will be for a 3-month probationary period, with the opportunity for extension based on performance
- The position requires a candidate with native or near-native proficiency to conduct market research for identifying new product opportunities and eCommerce trends
- Responsibilities include setting up and optimizing Shopify stores, analyzing supply chain processes for improvements, collaborating with stakeholders on project timelines, preparing reports on operational performance, and supporting strategy implementation
