Role

Who you are

  • We’re looking for an ambitious, experienced B2C paid search manager with a proven track record managing a sizable budget within a startup or scaleup environment
  • Our ideal candidate will be extremely analytical, data-driven, collaborative, and ready to roll up their sleeves
  • Do you love driving account strategy and running exciting A/B tests?
  • Are you an analytical thinker by nature and you won’t stop until you get all the answers to any performance deviations?
  • Do you want to be part of a bootstrapped scale up in health experiencing unprecedented growth?
  • 5-7 years of professional experience managing paid search channels, with at least 2 in D2C high performance environments
  • Very strong knowledge of paid search acquisition channels. In this role you will be working as a strategist and individual contributor
  • Success driving experiments to improve LTV or significantly reduce CPA
  • Comfortable working towards ambitious LTV/CAC targets
  • You’re highly analytical and data-driven! And you’re able to draw insights from ongoing analysis and connect them to customer problems/needs
  • Above all, you’re growth-minded and energised by solving performance challenges as they come. When you don’t have all the answers in front of you, you’re resourceful to seek them

What the job involves

  • Own the end-to-end performance of paid search channels for one of the conditions/brands at HeliosX (i.e weight loss, skincare, etc)
  • Create and execute our overall paid search acquisition strategy across multiple territories, with a strong focus on LTV/CAC optimisation on a weekly basis
  • Report on weekly performance, including insights, actions and experiment results to the wider growth department and close collaborators
  • Prioritise and run regular A/B testing to unlock growth, whilst maintaining stability against punchy targets
  • Obsess over competitors’s ads, promotions and new innovations to stay ahead in a very competitive space
  • Leverage our marketing analytics tool (Amplitude) to evaluate the end-to-end customer experience across paid search campaigns to identify opportunities for the CRO team. Think funnels, campaign performance and trend analysis, all paired with relevant customer insights
  • Produce your own quarterly forecasts and roadmaps, and share them with senior leadership
  • Directly manage an executive - working closely with them to prioritise tasks and providing them with upskilling opportunities
