Who you are
- 7+ Years experience in performance marketing and growth roles with a focus on growth attribution modelling with strong MMP experience
- Proven experience of growth along organic and non organic attributed channels
- Successful track record of building and managing SEO/ASO/UA teams
- Proven ability to manage 8 figure budgets
- Deep understanding of tooling and strategy across the evolving marketing landscape alongside mobile attribution
- Been the leader at a company through a high growth stage, adapting and evolving their performance marketing approach
Desirable
- Bonus: An understanding of Muslim culture and the Muslim scene - either lived or learned
- Bonus: You can fluently speak and write Arabic, French, German, Dutch, Urdu or Turkish
What the job involves
- Promote a culture of rapid experimentation, creativity and staying ahead in growth innovation
- Lead SEO/ASO/UA/Digital efforts across global markets/languages while managing and developing team members
- Understanding our internal growth model alongside all inputs and executing strategy to achieve our growth targets, adjusting approach as necessary
- Constantly reviewing high level performance and spend metrics across each focus country and identifying areas of improvement
- Understand competitors to drive Muzz’s next growth phase
- Collaborate with the data team and Product leaders to decide on spending and priorities, and improve growth analytics, insights, reporting, and dashboards

Muzz is a dating app for Muslims, designed to help people "find their perfect partner while respecting their religious beliefs". Although it appears to operate in a highly competitive space, the Muzz app is unique in catering to those dating to marry, unlike more casual-leaning options such as Tinder.
Formerly known as Muzmatch (the company was forced to switch up its branding after losing a legal battle to match-making giant Match.com), Muzz supplies a modern but tradition-honouring alternative to arranged introductions and family-led courtship. Like most dating apps, it offers both a free and premium "gold" version that comes with advanced capabilities such as unlimited profiles and more in-depth search priorities. Many free features are tailored for Muslim dating, such as the ability to add a chaperone (Wali) to conversations, and religious filters for sect and how much they pray.
As members of the Muslim community continue to embrace more modern dating methods, Muzz has positioned itself well to serve the billions looking for love around the world. Despite its loss in the courts, the company appears positive in its rebrand - even adding new features alongside its new look - and it will be an interesting one to watch as it grows into the future.
