Full-Stack Software Engineer, Whiteworth

• You're a strong full-stack engineer who can take a web product from empty repo to live on your - frontend, backend, and deployment (e.g. React/Next.js with Node or Python, or a comparable modern stack)
• You've shipped with LLM APIs in production, not just experimented - prompt design, structured outputs, and chaining or orchestrating multi-step AI workflows
• You're comfortable building against third-party REST APIs and webhooks, and you can design a sensible relational data model (contacts, campaigns, usage) without supervision
• You've handled the unglamorous foundations before: authentication, multi-tenant account structure, basic security practice, and Stripe billing

Desirable

• Own the platform end to end. You'll build frontend, backend, data model and deployment alongside the two founders, and the architecture decisions are yours to make and defend
• Build the AI workflow layer - LLM-driven lead engagement, follow-up and appointment setting for real estate agents, with a human-in-the-loop review step before anything is sent
• Ship weekly against real feedback. We sell to US agents every day, so you'll have working product in front of real users within days of building it, not quarters
• Set the technical direction - stack, infrastructure, security, and how we handle compliance in a regulated messaging environment
• Grow into the engineering lead. As we raise and hire, you're the person who builds and runs the team
