Role
Who you are
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field
- 2–4 years’ experience as a UI/UX Designer or Product Designer, preferably in fintech, trading, or a digital-first environment
- Solid portfolio showcasing thoughtful user interface designs and user experience projects
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, prototyping tool
- Ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams, respond to feedback, and iterate designs
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating polished, high-quality experiences
- Experience in financial services or trading applications would be an advantage
- Familiarity with agile development workflows
- Understanding of design systems and scalable UI components
What the job involves
- We are seeking a Product Designer to support the creation of intuitive and engaging user experiences across ThinkMarkets’ digital platforms
- This role focuses on contributing to product enhancements, designing seamless interfaces, and collaborating closely with product, development, and marketing teams to deliver world-class trading experiences
- Design and deliver interaction models, wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes supporting user-centered design
- Work with Senior Product Designers and cross-functional teams to deliver design solutions aligned with product and business goals
- Create and refine design assets across web, mobile, and trading platforms
- Support user research and usability testing efforts by analyzing both qualitative and quantitative feedback to inform and iterate design decisions
- Maintain and update design systems and guidelines under senior supervision
- Collaborate within agile development workflows and document designs for developer handoff
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and contribute to the continuous improvement of our design standards
