- We’re looking for a Customer Journey Marketing Specialist who’s passionate about people, storytelling, and creating experiences that resonate

- This isn’t your average marketing role. You’ll own the customer experience, weaving creativity and strategy together to ensure every interaction builds trust, loyalty, and excitement
- Tell Better Stories: Dive into our customers’ journey and craft marketing moments that speak to their needs—whether it’s showing them how to get the most out of their plan or surprising them with a perk they didn’t see coming
- Know their Wants Before They Do: Use data to uncover what makes our customers tick. Then, create campaigns that feel like they were made just for them. Then, track campaign performance and optimize accordingly
- Shape Every Click, Tap, and Touch: Collaborate across teams to make sure our emails, texts, notifications, and website speak with one voice—ours. From onboarding tips to upgrade nudges, you’ll ensure every message is useful, personal, and delightful
- Experiment Fearlessly: Like trying new things? So do we. You’ll run experiments (A/B tests) to figure out what designs, words, or features keep customers engaged, happy, and talking about US Mobile
- Be the Voice of the Customer: Whether it’s simplifying an onboarding process or creating campaigns that solve real pain points, your work will be all about making life easier and more connected for our customers
- Always Be Improving: The telecom world moves fast, and so do we. You’ll keep an ear to the ground for trends and fresh ideas to ensure our marketing stays clear, modern, and exciting
Our take
4G networks transformed our internet experience with faster speeds and better connectivity, and 5G is now taking this further with even quicker speeds. Although 5G is becoming more common, it remains relatively new and not universally available. Networks offering 5G can be costly and might not always match the features of 4G networks.
US Mobile provides 5G mobile data connectivity in the US, claiming to reach speeds of up to 3GB p/s through eSIMs that can be activated remotely. The company offers a range of plans from cheap "talk and text" to unlimited data packages, the latter of which comes with a variety of perks such as free streaming service subscriptions and free international calls.
Whilst the company will face competition from the growing number of 5G network providers, US Mobile stands out by focusing on providing access to all, from unlimited family 3GB p/s packages to individual basic text and call SIMs. The company also guarantees full US coverage, in addition to providing various group pool packages for families and businesses - features which should see it remain a strong option in the market.
