Executive Administrator, Fireblocks

• Industry: Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth B2B technology (SaaS) or financial services company is strongly preferred
• Tech Stack: Expert-level mastery of Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Slides, Sheets) and Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel). Familiarity with Slack, Zoom, and expense management tools (like Navan or Expensify) is essential

• Fireblocks is seeking a world-class Executive Assistant to act as a strategic partner and force multiplier for our Chief Revenue Officer (CRO)and our SVP of Sales. This is a critical, high-visibility role at the epicenter of our global revenue engine
• You will be responsible for providing seamless, high-level administrative and operational support to two of our most senior global leaders
• This is not a typical 9-to-5 administrative role; it is an opportunity to be a key player supporting the team that drives the company's exponential growth
• Act as the "air traffic controller" for the CRO and SVP of Sales, managing two extremely demanding and complex calendars across multiple international time zones
• Proactively prioritize and resolve scheduling conflicts, ensuring executives' time is optimized for high-value activities
• Coordinate and manage all logistics for internal and external meetings, including C-suite staff meetings, board preparation, Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), and executive-level customer/prospect meetings
• Prepare and compile briefing materials, presentations, and agendas to ensure executives are fully prepared for all engagements
• Manage complex global and domestic travel arrangements (flights, hotels, ground transportation), often with last-minute changes and complex itineraries
• Prepare and submit accurate and timely expense reports for both executives
• Serve as the primary point of contact and professional representative for the CRO and SVP, Sales, interacting with senior leaders, major customers, partners, and board members
• Monitor and triage high-volume email inboxes, flagging urgent items, drafting responses on behalf of the executives, and delegating as appropriate
• Assist in the planning and execution of key sales organization events, such as the annual Sales Kick-Off (SKO), leadership offsites, and team-building activities
• Partner with the broader sales operations and enablement teams on special projects
• Manage purchase orders and vendor relationships for the executive sales organization
