Who you are
- If you’re a hands-on operator who moves fast, experiments with intent, and takes pride in turning marketing activity into real pipeline, this role is for you
- Revenue-minded operator: You think in pipeline, not impressions. You’re hands-on in the tools, building lists, running campaigns, and tracking what actually drives results
- Creative and resourceful: You find effective ways to reach the right accounts and stand out, whether through an event, a campaign angle, or a new data approach
- Analytical and fast-moving: You use data to guide decisions, test new ideas and channels, and collaborate closely with sales and operations to turn marketing activity into measurable growth
- 3 to 6 years in demand generation or GTM marketing
- Skilled in LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads, and HubSpot
- Familiar with Clay, ZoomInfo, and data enrichment workflows
- Experience running event and conference campaigns tied to pipeline goals
- Strong analytical and project management skills
What the job involves
- We’re hiring a Demand Generation Specialist who thinks like a revenue owner. You’ll sit at the intersection of marketing, sales, and revenue operations, building and running programs that generate qualified opportunities and measurable revenue impact
- From events and ABM campaigns to paid media and conferences, you’ll use every channel as a lever to create demand and feed the funnel
- Own pipeline-driving programs: Plan and run multi-channel campaigns—events, paid, outbound, and ABM—that generate qualified meetings and opportunities
- Turn events into revenue opportunities. Manage event and conference strategy end to end: sourcing attendee lists, coordinating outreach with sales, managing logistics, and tracking results
- Fuel smarter outbound. Use tools like Clay, ZoomInfo, and RocketReach to enrich data, segment accounts, and enable more targeted outreach
- Run paid and digital campaigns. Manage LinkedIn, website, and paid ads to build awareness, drive conversions, and measure performance
- Partner across GTM. Work closely with Marketing, Sales, and Sales Operations to align programs with revenue goals, optimize follow-up, and report on pipeline impact
Our take
Whilst tech innovations have made applying for a loan far quicker and easier, the next step in the process - the management of the loan - is far more complex and still comparatively archaic in its organization. Originators and lenders use spreadsheets, emails and FTP folders to manage their lending relationships, rendering the process inefficient and prone to errors. Setpoint automates the debt facility management process for lenders.
Founded in 2021, the company claims 98% time saving for lenders, automating data ingestions, calculations and reporting workflows whilst its AI engine computes optimal asset allocation to max ROI. Financial liquidity is increased through access to automated access to third-party reviews and certifications, compliantly accelerating capital access. In short, Setpoint streamlines the second, more oblique stage of the lending relationship.
Focused on the property market, Setpoint’s tech could be expanded to other markets. Its focus on real estate, however, has helped it achieve several impressive funding rounds and a 6x year-over-year revenue growth.
