Role
Who you are
- Bachelor's or Master's degree
- At least 3 years of experience in commercial roles
Desirable
- Experience in companies in the HR sector (Job Board platforms, search and selection companies, staffing companies) is a nice to have
- Preferable expertise and knowledge of the UK HR market
- Familiarity with Salesforce is a nice to have
- Relational skills and empathy: you are able to empathize with the interlocutor, understand his needs and relate effectively
- Resourcefulness: you are determined and ambitious, you do not stop when faced with the most difficult challenges and you find solutions to the problems you encounter because you want to achieve your goals

What the job involves
- Acquiring new customers: actively seek new customers through targeted communication and lead generation activities
- Building relationships: cultivate strong, lasting relationships with potential customers through effective communication and a deep understanding of their needs
- Maintaining positive relationships with existing customers and up-sell during the collaboration
- Carrying out market research: observe and monitor the market to provide timely indications and insights into the target companies and potential customers to know and contact
- Developing proposals: collaborate with colleagues in the Business team to develop compelling proposals that showcase our capabilities and align with the needs of potential clients
- Presenting our solution to prospective clients: Provide sales presentations to prospective clients, articulating Joinrs' value proposition and how our services can meet their specific business objectives
- Networking: Attend industry events, conferences and networking events to build a strong professional network and generate leads
- Achieve revenue goals while contributing to the overall growth and success of the company
