Role
Who you are
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of HRBP experience in a tech or SaaS environment, ideally supporting Technology or Finance teams
- Proven ability to build relationships with senior leaders and influence key decisions
- Expertise in employee relations, organizational design, and talent management
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to inform decisions
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and advanced knowledge of tools like Excel and PowerPoint
What the job involves
- We are seeking a dynamic Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to serve as a strategic partner to our Technology and Finance teams, driving initiatives that align HR strategies with business objectives
- Based out of our New York City headquarters, the HRBP will work closely with leaders and employees to foster a high-performing, inclusive, and engaged workforce
- Collaborate with Technology and Finance leaders to understand business priorities and develop tailored HR strategies to achieve them
- Provide thought leadership on organizational design, workforce planning, and talent strategy to drive business success
- Partner with leaders to identify critical talent needs, ensure robust succession planning, and support leadership development initiatives
- Design and deliver targeted training programs to address skill gaps and promote career growth for team members
- Champion a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion within the Technology and Finance teams
- Act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, fostering strong relationships and promoting a positive work environment
- Implement performance management processes, including goal alignment, continuous feedback, and performance evaluations
- Provide coaching to leaders on performance improvement plans, employee development, and career progression strategies
- Support leaders in navigating organizational change, driving team alignment, and enhancing operational efficiency
- Facilitate workshops and initiatives to address team dynamics and improve collaboration
- Use data-driven insights to guide decision-making, track HR program effectiveness, and identify trends within the Technology and Finance teams
