Role
Who you are
- (Essential) Proven experience as a B2C copywriter and content specialist, ideally in the wellness, health, app or tech industry
- A killer portfolio of work for consumer brands, content that’s light, fun and entertaining (yet informative)
- Strong writing skills with a knack for creating persuasive and engaging content
- Creative thinking and the ability to develop innovative content ideas
- Excellent communication, collaboration and presentation skills
- Familiarity with AI-driven content generation tools and techniques
- A passion for wellness and a good understanding of the wellness industry
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Marketing, Communications, or English
What the job involves
- You'll work closely with the CMO and our product team to ensure our messaging aligns with our company's vision and resonates with our target audience of Gen Z & Millennials. We are building a brand that is fun and entertaining and this should ooze from your copy and words. Leveraging AI tools and technology, you'll accelerate the content creation process and help us establish a strong voice and presence in the global wellness space
- Collaborate with the CMO and marketing team to develop and refine the company's unique brand positioning and consumer-first messaging
- Develop and own FivePointFive’s tone of voice brand guidelines, creating a single tone of voice that flows seamlessly across marketing and product
- Be the internal brand voice guardian, ensuring information is accurate, informative and scientifically validated across all teams
- Be a cultural zeitgeist within the business to ensure that our voice and tone is relevant in major markets such as the US and UK, tapping into cultural moments, trends across wellness, music, pop culture and current affairs, translating this into compelling brand narratives that resonate with our audience
- Create captivating, attention grabbing marketing and campaign copy that effectively communicates why FivePointFive is different and why it matters
- Create end-to-end journey based content to support sign-ups, subscriptions, product marketing, customer service and regular updates to our audience
- Craft in-app copy and notifications that guide our breathers seamlessly through the FivePointFive® experience, highlighting key features and benefits along the way
- Build snackable and snappy class descriptions and content that entices users to engage and try a wide range of breathwork classes
- Alongside the marketing team, conceptualise and execute marketing campaigns that drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention, in the most human way possible across all channels - largely social first
- Utilise AI tools and technologies to streamline content creation processes and optimise messaging
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including research, product designers and developers, to ensure consistent and impactful messaging across all touchpoints
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies related to breathwork and wellness in general, incorporating relevant insights into our content strategy
