• As Head of Engineering, you’ll be part of our executive team and own the vision, strategy, and execution of our technical roadmap—including how we scale our platform and our team
• You’ll help us 3x the engineering org in the next 12–18 months and build a product that blends consumer-grade quality with enterprise-grade reliability
• You’ll also lead our AI initiatives: building systems that use LLMs and agentic workflows to deliver smarter, more proactive financial guidance
• You’ll set the technical bar, drive innovation, and shape a culture of high ownership and velocity
• Lead and grow a high-performing engineering team (3x in the next 12–18 months)
• Own technical architecture and infrastructure as we scale to millions of users
• Oversee our AI roadmap—developing intelligent, personalized, and automated guidance
