- You have 3+ years of experience in product design
- You possess demonstrated experience as a 0-1 product designer, focused on designing exceptional products that ship quickly
- You have a strong portfolio demonstrating thoughtful, user-centered design and measurable outcomes
- You have proficiency in Figma and modern design and prototyping tools

What the job involves
- We are looking for an exceptional designer to join our team in San Francisco. This is a unique opportunity to join us at an early stage and play a crucial role in shaping Ivo’s product, user experience, and overall design strategy
- You’ll work closely with the leadership, marketing and engineering to create intuitive, user-centric designs that meet the needs of our customers. Ideally, you should be comfortable with both product design and other design work, from branding to marketing collateral
- Lead the entire design and creative process
- Work directly with our founding team to define user interactions
- Collaborate with our founders to define product strategy and roadmap priorities through a design lens
- Own all aspects of design, including web, marketing, brand, and product
- Optimize for speed, usability, and accessibility
- Work in fast, iterative cycles — we maintain no backlog
- Translate our core principles into product:
- Cycle time is key. You ship quickly and iterate
- Quality matters. Your work stands on its own
- No backlogs. Build what’s needed, when it’s needed
- FITFO. You figure things out independently
- Ownership mindset. You think and act like an owner
Our take
An enterprise's contracts can be a key source of information to support better, faster decision-making, but extracting insights from them can be cumbersome due to their structure and complexity. One of Ivo's co-founders experienced this complexity first-hand, which is why the company was created to help streamline these workflows.
Whilst traditional contract workflows can slow down business, and even introduce more risk, Ivo's approach leverages AI to automate contract insights at scale. Its platform can review agreements, benchmark, uncover relationships between contracts, answer complex contract questions, and more.
Through this, Ivo reduces the workload for teams, so they can focus on actually creating value for the business. The platform is utilised by teams at IBM, Uber, Shopify and Canva, and the company has raised substantial funding to support accelerated product development and the building out of its team.
