Who you are

  • 3+ years sales experience in hospitality tech/ travel industry
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding quota
  • Ability and desire to work in a fast-paced, startup team environment

  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong negotiating and presentation skills
  • Process driven hunter with proficient knowledge in Salesforce.com, including sales forecasting
  • Willingness to travel
  • BS/BA Degree
  • Fluent in German and English, another language is a big plus

What the job involves

  • We are looking for a competitive and driven Regional Director of Sales to help us extend our already strong footprint in DACH and the neighbouring countries
  • Our objective is to meet and surpass the company’s expectations to drive rapid and sustainable growth
  • Meet or exceed sales quota
  • Own sales process from start to finish for strategic accounts in assigned territory
  • Responsible for developing, establishing, developing and closing new business primarily within Duetto’s named account and prospect list
  • Work with C-level executives to align their business needs with Duetto’s solutions
  • Work closely with Customer Success team to provide high touch service and identify upsell opportunities in Duetto’s customer base
  • Establish partnerships with strategic business partners/consultants and build necessary channels for business collaboration
  • Build and manage pipeline of new business and accurately forecast using salesforce.com
  • Represent Duetto at industry events such as conferences, seminars, hosted events, customer meetings, etc. (when Covid travel restrictions are lifted)

Our take

Duetto launched in 2010 as a consultancy firm, initially offering profit optimisation consulting services. Since then, it has expanded and worked within the gaming, hotel, flight and software industries, with offices in America, Argentina and Europe.

Duetto is the first in the hospitality market to create a hotel business intelligence tool to offer more insights across hotel portfolios beyond manual spreadsheet reporting.

In 2024, Duetto was acquired by private equity firm GrowthCurve Capital, which will solidify the latter's leadership in hotel revenue management. Duetto will continue to build relationships with hotels across the world, and has surpassed 850 partner hotels in EMEA, representing more than 150,000 rooms.
