Who you are
- 5+ years in performance marketing, product marketing, lifecycle marketing, or a related role
- Proficient in marketing analytics with the ability to independently pull and analyze data, coupled with a strong understanding of attribution models
- Experience with A/B testing landing pages and optimizing conversion funnels
- Strong copywriting skills and the ability to articulate value propositions effectively
- Experienced full-stack marketer with a strong history of leading cross-functional initiatives from concept to execution, adept at managing stakeholders at all levels, including senior executives

What the job involves
- Kin is looking for a customer-centric and data-driven marketer to drive remarketing campaigns, conversion optimization, and lifecycle marketing
- You will partner with product, sales, design, analytics, and channel marketers to drive a single metric: lead conversion rate
- The tools at your disposal are digital channels, a marketing platform (email + SMS), landing pages, and ab-testing of our acquisition funnel
- Partnering with product, design, and analytics teams to define target segments and channels for lead remarketing, setting clear ROI goals and measuring the incremental lift of campaigns
- Developing and executing a comprehensive retargeting strategy aimed at converting high-cost visitors, working closely with the paid acquisition team to create channel-specific campaigns
- Owning the conversion rate optimization (CRO) roadmap by collaborating with cross-functional teams to conduct A/B testing across various channels, continuously improving conversion rates through hypothesis-driven experiments
- Leading marketing automation efforts, including nurturing leads, upselling, and cross-selling, while coordinating closely with sales teams to optimize campaign performance and ensure seamless execution
- Overseeing and driving the successful launch and growth of referral marketing programs, ensuring strategic alignment and delivering consistent performance improvements across the business

The setup process for home insurance can be difficult and time-consuming, particularly for complex and risky properties. Legacy insurance providers rely on users and brokers to insert uniform data, an approach that is not very accurate considering the idiosyncrasies of each individual property.
Kin Insurance works directly with consumers to provide bespoke and affordable home insurance. The company's software imports thousands of variables based on third-party data in order to provide a more personalized approach to home insurance. Data is also collected from aerial and satellite imagery, government records, and building permits to ensure a house is covered from localized threats such as wildfire, hurricanes and other natural disasters.
Recognizing the antiquated and one-size-fits-all nature of the current home insurance landscape, Kin Insurance has taken an innovative approach by focusing on data collection. Through these means, the company claims that they can offer personalized insurance that can be negotiated directly through their communication channels, ensuring that consumers can access the exact insurance they need without having to pay for more than is required. Strong funding, raised across several rounds, will allow Kin to continue expanding its network and business reach.
