Role
Who you are
- 2+ years of marketing experience, strong preference for B2B marketing
- Canva, Adobe and Figma skills
- Passion for climate action and sustainability
- Highly organised, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously

- Experience in the sustainability or climate sector
- At least 1 year working in a startup environment
What the job involves
- Collaborate with the sales team to outline and continuously refine presentation decks tailored for demos and client engagements
- Design professional brochures using Adobe InDesign, elevating drafts created in Canva to ensure consistency and quality
- Develop and iterate event stands, banners, and other promotional materials, supporting Zevero’s focus on physical event presence
- Lead the design and production of merchandise, including apparel and promotional items, with opportunities to enhance the brand experience through elevated creative output
- Create designs for organic and paid social media campaigns, aligning visuals with Zevero’s tone and branding
- Drive the refresh of Zevero’s brand identity, including the creation of detailed brand guidelines to establish a polished and professional image
- Design visually appealing decks and promotional posts for webinars, maintaining a professional standard for all external presentations
- Create and update website visuals to enhance user experience and align with Zevero’s branding
- Provide creative support for miscellaneous projects such as podcast graphics, personal brand posts, and quick design amends

- 3. Design interview: Meet our designer to assess your ability and see how we could work together
- 4. Task Request: This will be a short task that requires us to see how you’d approach design at Zevero. We may also offer paid work for a ‘trial’ basis
- 5. Culture Fit Call: A conversation with Zevero’s co-founders to ensure alignment with our mission and values
- 6. Final Offer: If successful, we’ll extend an offer and welcome you to the team!
