Role
Who you are
- You have 2-5 years of experience either as Account Manager, Customer Success Manager, Inside sales or similar roles
- You have preferably experience either within the automotive industry, insurance
- You are fluent in Dutch and English, any other language such as French is a plus
- You are able to recognize & act upon new business opportunities
- You are highly motivated, dynamic and have a hands-on personality
- You have a commercial mindset and a proactive attitude
- You are a skilled communicator and relationship builder
- You are open-minded, curious and collaborative
What the job involves
- As an Account Manager Operations, you'll be the pivotal point of contact for our B2B partners
- You'll negotiate optimal repair shop deals and provide prompt support via email, chat, or phone
- Additionally, you'll serve as the commercial backbone for our Benelux market, supporting both customers and partners
- This role calls for a blend of operational boldness and a keen commercial insight, offering substantial autonomy and responsibilities
- Cultivate enduring, strategic client and body repair shop relationships
- Oversee our B2B accounts, streamlining processes and maximizing volumes
- Take charge of the complete repair process, including damage report processing, approval, and quality checks for all fleet and rental vehicles
- Guide and educate clients in harnessing the full potential of the Fixico platform to achieve their business objectives
- Facilitate the seamless onboarding of new Fixico clients
- Guarantee client retention and robust product utilization
- Elevate satisfaction levels and share-of-wallet for our designated clients
Our take
Getting a car repaired after damage can often be a slow, frustrating and not to mention, unclear process. Drivers usually have to deal with multiple phone calls, wait days for quote, struggle to understand costs or timelines, and most importantly, be without their car. For insurers, managing repairs across many garages add even more complexity, making it harder to deliver a smooth and fast customer experience. As expectations rise for quicker, more transparent services, the traditional repair process just isn't cutting it anymore.
Fixico is working to simplify this by turning the repair journey into a fully digital experience. Its platform connects insurers, fleet owners, and repair shops in one place, allowing damage to be assessed, quoted, and managed online. Meaning customers can get quotes faster, communication more clearly, and better visibility on their repair progress.
Recently, Fixico has gained momentum through a major partnership with Ominimo in the Netherlands, where it will manage all vehicles repairs through its platform. This deal shows trust in Fixico's ability to deliver fast, high-quality service at scale. As it continues to partner with fast-growing insurers and expand across Europe, Fixico is gearing up to play a bigger role in modernising how car repairs are handled.
