Junior Sales Manager, Lumiform

• You are native in German AND fluent in English - both written and verbal
• You want to work and grow in sales! Don't hesitate to apply if you don't have experience in software sales
• You are already located in Berlin and ready to visit the office 3 times a week
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and relationships with potential customers
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

• Self-motivated and results-driven, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

Desirable

• You’ll play a crucial role in Lumiform’s success by being responsible for generating leads, qualifying prospects, and scheduling meetings for the Account Executive team
• Identify inbound leads and understand their needs and pain points
• Reach out to users via phone, email, and social media to educate them on Lumiform’s software and schedule meetings for the Account Executives team
• Manage and organize leads in our CRM system, update information, and ensure accurate reporting
• Continuously educate yourself on Lumiform’s application, industry trends, and best practices for sales development
